SKIN CARE

Our skin is the organ with the largest surface area which toxins are removed via sweat glands. When detoxification is not competent with other body systems, the toxins can rise up to the skin causing acne and rashes.
In short, the skin is one of the most powerful indicators of our health.  Wrinkles, dry or oily skin, acne, and inflammation all are signs of poor internal health, often caused by consuming unhealthy foods and avoiding skin-healthy nutrients.
These are the common skin problems:
1. Acne – due to overactive oil glands Excess oil makes the pores sticky allowing bacteria to become trapped inside. Other factors that contribute to acne are hormone imbalance, stress, lack of sleep, poor diet habits and accumulation of toxins in the body.
2. Wrinkles – due to aging and overexposure of environmental pollutants and UV rays.
3. Blackhead – form when sebum (oil) combines with skin pigments to block the pores.
To treat skin problems, most people turn to mainstream topical cosmetics, including lotions, soaps, scrubs, toners, and creams.
However, treating outer blemishes with beauty products does little to address the root cause of the problem: poor nutrition and exposure to toxins in dietary products and environments. It is important to nourish the skin, making it healthy and youthful. The following are simple ways to attain healthy, glowing skin.
• Start your day with Forever Pomesteen Power*  (rich in antioxidants, which helps to reduce  free radical damage due to environmental    pollutants and toxins, and delay premature aging)
• Drink at least 2.5 liter water daily
• Eat healthy foods
• Sweat it out
• Rest well
• Stay happy

Forever Arctic Sea
Dry, inflamed skin or skin that suffers from the frequent appearance of whiteheads or blackheads can benefit from supplementing with essential fatty acids (EFAs), especially omega-3s. EFAs are responsible for skin repair, moisture content, and overall flexibility.
Forever Absorbent c
Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant, which helps in reducing free radicals damage, caused by overexposure to the sun or pollution. Free radicals weaken collagen and elastin (the fibers that support skin structure) causing wrinkles and other signs of premature aging. Vitamin C also helps to boost collagen production.
Aloe Vera Gel
Healthy skin comes from healthy colon. Aloe Vera contains saponins, a bubble forming substances which help to cleanse digestive tract, while fiber helps to stimulate colon movements and excreting waste products.
Forever Royal Jelly
Stress and hormone imbalance causes acne. Royal Jelly contains phytohormones which are helpful in regulating body hormonal imbalance, thus improving skin health.
Forever Active HA
As we grow older, the ability of skin to produce hyaluronic acid (HA) decreases and the skin becomes drier, thinner, and fine lines and wrinkles appear.  Forever Active HA helps the skin to retain its moisture and increases hydration to the cells, giving your skin smooth and ‘plump’.
Forever Lite Ultra
Amino acids are building blocks for the body and for healthy skin too. Forever Lite Ultra contains 60% less carbohydrates and 55% more protein than the regular Forever Lite which provides the essential amino acids required by the body for collagen building.
